Access to South Quarter

South Grove residents will benefit from its close access to another Intiland project, South Quarter, connected by a specially developed road through South Quarter to the future MRT stop.

South Quarter is a prime multi-use 7.2 hectare development, designed around the concept of sustainability.

While maintaining 80% open space, the development offers a wide array of facilities, including large Grade A office space and an extensive selection of restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, and other outlets at The Dome, the retail area of the development.

The South Quarter development takes into account the principles of sustainable development, with the aim of benefiting not only the tenants but also the environment. To realize the concept, Intiland worked closely with Tom Wright from WKK Architects. The architect’s portfolio includes Burj Al Arab Hotel, the iconic masterpiece of modern architecture in the city of Dubai.
